Culture & Arts<\/h3>\n

Our school in recent years has actively promoted culture and the arts. Through participating in activities such as art appreciation meetings, workshops, and field trips, students are exposed to a wide scope of cultural and artistic works. Students are inspired to have an open attitude towards the arts, and develop their creativity, aesthetic sense, and art appreciation skills. This cultivates students\u2019 respectful attitude of diversity and different cultures and broadens their horizon. We cherish students\u2019 individual differences and create in them a positive value system and attitude, allow arts to become a part of their lives, and teach them good taste. In addition to Junior Secondary students\u2019 participation in all-rounded cultural experiences, where through the use of various learning activities, we encourage culture and arts to enter the world outside of the classroom and into students\u2019 lives. Through our campus environment, we encourage students to actively participate in artistic activities, to develop their taste and interest in art. For example, we provide students with a space for free creation, the \u201cCreativity Camp\u201d to allow students to engage in artistic creation and allow them to realize their inner creative mind. We also have an \u201cArt Display Hall\u201d where we regularly display both Eastern and Western famous artists\u2019 works. Lastly, we have a \u201cCulture and Arts Room\u201d for students to engage in various artistic activities.<\/p>\n

A show of strength in International Scientific Research Competitions<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

The new Senior Secondary curriculum encourages students to learn within various different environments and allows different kinds of students to have more chances to succeed. Our school has three hideouts for students to work on natural sciences\u2019 work: one on the rooftop, one beside the parents\u2019 data room, and one in the new wing. These spaces are a resource for students to develop their personal interests outside of the classroom context. Every year, our school organizes a Math\u2019s and Science week and large- scale science activities. In our classes, we include investigatory experiments, to spark students\u2019 creativity. Apart from our unique curriculum design, and providing scientific research spaces, we also encourage students to participate in science competitions held outside the school. Our school has continuously sent students to represent Hong Kong both domestically and internationally in competitions, such as: the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair and I-SWEEEP. Our scientific achievements have attained international recognition.<\/p>\n
